These Terms of Use govern your use of Sorted Fullas, a grocery tracking application operated by Croc Digital, based in Sydney, Australia. By using Sorted Fullas, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

About Sorted Fullas

Sorted Fullas is a web-based progressive web application (PWA) designed to help individuals and households plan and track grocery shopping. It is available at sortedfullas.com and is intended for use in Australia and New Zealand.

Using the app

Sorted Fullas is free to use with optional paid features. By using the app you agree to:

• Use it only for its intended purpose - planning and tracking personal grocery shopping • Not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute the app or its code • Not use the app in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service • Not use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the app

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to anyone who violates these terms.

Accounts and data

Sorted Fullas uses anonymous device identifiers by default - no account is required to use the app. You may optionally provide your name and email address to back up your lists.

You are responsible for keeping your email address accurate and for any activity that occurs under your account. We are not responsible for any loss of data if you choose not to register an email address.

Paid features

Sorted Fullas offers optional paid features via a one-time unlock payment processed by Stripe. By making a payment you agree to:

• Stripe's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy • That all payments are final and non-refundable, except where required by Australian Consumer Law • That your unlock is tied to your account and cannot be transferred to another user

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) or any other applicable consumer protection legislation. If you are a consumer under the ACL, you may have statutory guarantees that cannot be excluded.

If a problem arises with the app that constitutes a major failure under the ACL, you may be entitled to a remedy. Please contact us at hello@sortedfullas.com.

Intellectual property

All content within Sorted Fullas - including the logo, design, code, and copy - is owned by Croc Digital and protected by copyright. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the app without our written permission.

The Sorted Fullas name and logo are trademarks of Croc Digital.

Third-party services

Sorted Fullas uses the following third-party services to operate:

• Supabase - database and authentication • Vercel - hosting and deployment • Stripe - payment processing • Resend - email delivery

Each of these services has their own terms of service. We are not responsible for the actions or policies of these third parties.

Disclaimer of warranties

Sorted Fullas is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be available at all times, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

We are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from your use of the app, including but not limited to data loss, financial loss, or missed savings.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Croc Digital's total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of Sorted Fullas shall not exceed the amount you paid for any paid features in the 12 months prior to the claim.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

For significant changes, we'll make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via email.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Sorted Fullas will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
