How It Works
Sorted Fullas is designed to be simple. No tutorials needed - but here's a quick walkthrough if you want one.
Open sortedfullas.com/app in Safari (iPhone) or Chrome (Android) and add it to your home screen. It works like a native app - no App Store needed.
Select Australia or New Zealand. This loads the right stores, bag prices, and everything specific to your market. You can switch regions anytime.
Choose a store and add your items. Switch stores and keep adding - everything is organised by where you're shopping. Add prices if you want to track spending, or leave them blank and just use it as a shopping list.
Drag and drop items within each store to match the order you walk the aisles. Get in, get out, done.
Tap the budget field and enter your total for the shop. As you tick items off, you'll see your running total and how much you have left. Go over budget and it'll warn you - before you get to the checkout.
Tap items to tick them off. Your running total updates in real time. Checked items move to the bottom so you can focus on what's left.
Finished? Tap the ✕ button and choose Save & Start Fresh. Next week, load it back up from My Lists - same stores, same items, same prices. Just update anything that's changed and go.
The shared list feature lets two or more people shop simultaneously - at different stores, or splitting up in the same one - with one live list and one shared budget that updates for everyone in real time.
Add all your items across all your stores for the shop. Set a shared budget so everyone knows what the total target is.
Tap the share icon in the top right. Sorted Fullas saves your list and generates a unique join link and a short code (e.g. SF-XXXX) that expires after 24 hours.
Share the link via iMessage, WhatsApp, or any messaging app. Or read out the join code - your partner can enter it in the Lists tab.
They tap the link, enter a nickname, and they're in. No account needed on their end - the shared session is instant.
Everyone sees the same list. As items get ticked off - by anyone, anywhere - the list updates for everyone simultaneously. The shared budget tracks the total across all shoppers. No more texts, no more double-ups.
The person who created the list can tap End on the green live session banner. The shared session expires automatically after 24 hours.
A few handy tips
Use Bulk Paste to add a whole list at once - paste items from your notes app or voice assistant and Sorted Fullas will auto-detect stores where it can. HOT TIP: You can even have an item in your list marked as 'woolies' and it will recognise it as Woolworths!
Don't forget bags - tap the bag counter for each store to track reusable bag costs. It's included in your running total automatically.
Back up your lists by adding your email in the Lists tab. Your lists are stored safely in the cloud and restored automatically if you switch phones.
Switching between AU and NZ? Each region has its own separate session - your AU list and NZ list are completely independent.
